By using www.primehort.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Primehort Distributors Ltd will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Primehort Distributors Ltd has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Primehort Distributors Ltd will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Primehort Distributors Ltd for any transactions through this website.
Please keep your login and password safe; customers are liable for every order made under their login.
All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and exclude GST.
Primehort Distributors Ltd use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.
The use of Primehort products being beyond the control of the manufacturer, no warranty expressed or implied is given by Primehort Distributors Ltd regarding its suitability, fitness or efficiency for any purpose for which it is used by the buyer, whether in accordance with the directions or not and Primehort Distributors Ltd accepts no responsibility for any consequence whatsoever resulting from the use of its products. Primehort Distributors Ltd makes any recommendations in good faith. However, Primehort Distributors Ltd makes no representations as to the comprehensiveness or accuracy of the information. It is expected that individuals receiving the information will exercise independent judgement in determining its appropriateness for a particular purpose. Accordingly, Primehort Distributors Ltd will not be responsible for damages of any kind resulting from the use or reliance upon such information.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 2 working days of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.
We use PBT Couriers, PBT Transport and Mainfreight Transport for delivery of goods. Cost of shipping is $15 per order to the North Island and $35 to the South Island. Please contact us for shipping costs if you would like product shipped overseas.
If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.

We respect your privacy. We will never disclose, share or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We only collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will remain strictly confidential. Should you ever want your details removed from our database, simply let us know and we will process your request immediately.
